Innovative Leadership, Achieving New Heights — Successfully Secured the Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) Installation Project for CTCI’s Chiayi Green Energy and Sustainable Recycling Center Construction and Operation Transfer (BOT)

SV Secures Contract for the Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) in Chiayi Green Energy Recycling BOT Project by CTCI Corporation
QiantumLeap is honored to have won the contract for the Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) installation for the Chiayi Green Energy Recycling BOT project by CTCI.
We will apply cutting-edge technological solutions and outstanding service models to inject new energy into digital environmental engineering.
This project is part of the "Build New, Demolish Old" green energy waste-to-energy plant renovation at an existing incineration facility. The concession period is 27 years, including 3 years for the construction phase and 24 years for the operation phase, with completion scheduled for the end of 2027 and commissioning in 2028. At that time, the daily waste processing capacity will increase from the existing plant’s 300 tons to 500 tons, helping the Chiayi City Government meet its autonomous waste disposal needs.
CTCI is committed to creating "green engineering" by integrating advanced incineration and pollution control technologies and facilities in this project. This not only achieves high-efficiency heat recovery and power generation but also ensures the lowest NOx (nitrogen oxide) emissions at waste-to-energy plants across Taiwan.
In addition, we apply multiple water-saving and energy-saving green technologies to reduce pollution and lower energy consumption. The design of the administrative building meets the highest level (Level 1+) of the Ministry of the Interior's Building Energy Efficiency System for Nearly Zero Carbon Buildings, and it is equipped with solar panels for self-generation and use, achieving low energy consumption and 100% self-sufficiency in power, working towards the "Net Zero Buildings" goal and setting a new benchmark for carbon reduction in buildings.
As a partner in this project, we will fully leverage our industry-leading technological capabilities and rigorous quality standards to support the efficient completion of the project and ensure comprehensive environmental monitoring and compliance requirements.
This award once again highlights our expertise in digital transformation and environmental protection, marking our firm commitment to driving industrial transformation and a low-carbon, sustainable future.
We will continue to uphold the principles of innovation-driven development and customer-centricity, working hand in hand with our partners to create a better green future.
